Product description
The ROF-ELD direct-tuning laser module(laser modulator) integrates a high-power laser diode, drive circuit, and a temperature control circuit. The module has a 20Mbit / s modulation rate, excellent modulation stability, low relative noise intensity, and sound output optical power stability. That can use it in space visual communications、digital communications.
